Srinagar, Sept 10: The Duktaran-e-Millat chief Asiya Andrabi Wednesday urged Syed Ali Shah Geelani and Mirwaiz Umar Farooq to declare it imperative on every Muslim in Jammu and Kashmir to provide support and succor to the families of 50 persons martyred in the past three months. In a statement, she said, “Fifty persons achieved martyrdom in the past three months in anti-India and pro-freedom struggle.” Asiya, who is under detention, said the leaders of the Coordination Committee should make efforts to help the bereaved families economically. She said employees association, which is one of the members of the coordination committee, should be taken in confidence and the employees should be requested to donate one day’s salary to the families of the martyrs. “We request these donations should be collected and given to the families before Eid,” she said. Asiya said the contributions should be given to families at their homes and they shouldn’t be asked to visit offices by any organization. |

If you've read anything at all about Content Management Systems (CMS), you'll probably know at least three things: CMS are the most exciting way to do business, CMS can be really, I mean really, complicated and lastly Portals are absolutely, outrageously, often unaffordably expensive.
Example Caption Joomla! is set to change all that ... Joomla! is different from the normal models for portal software. For a start, it's not complicated. Joomla! has been developed for the masses. It's licensed under the GNU/GPL license, easy to install and administer and reliable. Joomla! doesn't even require the user or administrator of the system to know HTML to operate it once it's up and running. |
